Fredericton, June 11 – 13, 2026. Three days. 500 co-op leaders. Endless inspiration. Join co-op members and staff from across Canada for inspiring workshops, dynamic keynote sessions, lively social events, and our National Business Meeting. This is the place for exceptional networking—an opportunity to connect with leaders in Canada’s co-op housing sector.
We’re excited to open the doors wider to our Resource Centre, now accessible to everyone. This hub of educational tools is designed to support the people who make co-operative housing thrive, from members and board directors to staff and managers. Whether you’re looking to strengthen governance, build community, or navigate the day-to-day operations of a housing co-op, you’ll find practical, experience-based resources to help.
Housing co-ops are one of Canada’s most successful affordable housing models. Federal rental assistance allows co-ops to provide deeply affordable homes to those that need it, while keeping the co-op building(s) in good shape and financially sustainable.
Renewing rental assistance will safeguard thousands of homes and strengthen mixed-income communities across Canada.
CHF Canada strengthens housing co-operatives nationwide by supporting over 900 member co-ops with expert guidance, practical resources, training, professional development, and national advocacy.
From insurance, risk management, asset management, financial and long term planning, CHF Canada has a range of programs to meet the growing needs of your co-op.
