Membership Categories & Dues
Membership dues are approved by members every year at the National Business Meeting.
Housing Co-operative
- Housing Co-operative – $5.05 per unit, per month.
- Student Housing Co-operative – $10.02 per bed, per year.
- Co-operative under Development -$146 per year.
Once the co-op is occupied and no longer in development, the dues rate will adjust based on the number of units, and the member will move to housing co-op member category.
Federations & Associations
Federations and Associations that support and serve Housing Co-operative
Service Organization
Organizations that primarily serve Housing Co-operatives; such as management companies, resource groups and land trusts.
Taxes, regional levies, sector support fees, federation dues and discounts may be applied according to your location.
