As Atlantic Canada and Eastern Quebec assess the extensive damage from Hurricane Fiona, more than 285,000 people are without power and hundreds have been displaced from their homes.
The federal government has announced it will match donations made to the Red Cross Hurricane Fiona in Canada Appeal by Canadians and corporations from now until October 23.
