The Co-op Housing Management Accreditation (CHMA) program is growing: the first elective online course is now available alongside core program courses. In Co-operative Culture and Living, you will gain a deeper understanding of co-operative identity and culture, and how to put the principles into action.
The CHMA was created by the co-op housing sector as an investment into high-quality management standards for Canada’s housing co-ops. Managers taking courses in the program report an increase in confidence and in new skills:
- “The program is amazing, whether you are a veteran in the sector or you are starting. It will really help you build your skills and give you that confidence”.
- “Nothing competes with what you can get out of these courses. It’s very valuable.”
- “It has built my confidence outrageously.”
The program will soon have more hybrid courses to add to the online courses. Check out what the CHMA program can do for your career.
