Cette r\u00e9solution souligne le r\u00f4le essentiel que jouent les gestionnaires de coop\u00e9ratives pour assurer la vigueur et la bonne gestion de nos communaut\u00e9s. La r\u00e9solution reconna\u00eet que \u00ab\u00a0[l]es conditions du march\u00e9 du travail et les p\u00e9nuries de main\u2011d\u2019\u0153uvre ont eu une incidence sur la capacit\u00e9 du secteur \u00e0 recruter et \u00e0 maintenir en poste du personnel comp\u00e9tent pour la gestion des coop\u00e9ratives d\u2019habitation\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de mieux comprendre ces pressions, la FHCC a command\u00e9 une \u00e9tude. Le r\u00e9sultat est le <em>Rapport d\u2019analyse personnalis\u00e9<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport examine les conditions actuelles du march\u00e9 du travail et cerne les domaines d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les coop\u00e9ratives qui cherchent \u00e0 embaucher et \u00e0 maintenir en poste un gestionnaire immobilier ou une gestionnaire immobili\u00e8re. Bien que le march\u00e9 soit concurrentiel, des mesures positives peuvent \u00eatre prises\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantages\u00a0:<\/strong> Offrir un bon r\u00e9gime d\u2019avantages sociaux peut attirer des personnes candidates de qualit\u00e9. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/fhcc.coop\/services\/programmes-dassurance-collective-de-la-fhcc\/assurance-collective\/\">programme d\u2019assurance collective de la FHCC<\/a> propose quatre r\u00e9gimes diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programmes de bien\u2011\u00eatre et de sant\u00e9 mentale\u00a0:<\/strong> Ces programmes sont tr\u00e8s recherch\u00e9s par les membres du personnel et contribuent \u00e0 une meilleure satisfaction au travail et \u00e0 une productivit\u00e9 accrue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e\u00a0:<\/strong> Il s\u2019agit souvent d\u2019un facteur cl\u00e9 dans la d\u00e9cision de travailler pour une entreprise sans but lucratif.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flexibilit\u00e9 et travail hybride\u00a0:<\/strong> Offrir des heures de travail flexibles et partager les lieux de travail entre le bureau et le domicile est un moyen peu co\u00fbteux de contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reconsid\u00e9ration des parcours de carri\u00e8re traditionnels\u00a0:<\/strong> Un nombre de plus en plus important de personnes continuent de travailler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 65\u00a0ans en effectuant des mutations lat\u00e9rales ou en travaillant \u00e0 temps partiel.
