{"id":4898,"date":"2025-06-05T13:35:49","date_gmt":"2025-06-05T19:35:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chf-ca.papercrane.ca\/projet-de-loi-10\/"},"modified":"2026-03-24T16:15:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T22:15:45","slug":"projet-de-loi-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chf-ca.papercrane.ca\/fr\/projet-de-loi-10\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet de loi 10"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En mai, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ola.org\/fr\/affaires-legislatives\/projets-loi\/legislature-44\/session-1\/projet-loi-10\">la province a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le projet de loi 10, Loi de 2025 pour prot\u00e9ger l\u2019Ontario en rendant les rues plus s\u00fbres et les collectivit\u00e9s plus fortes.<\/a> Entre autres, le projet de loi rend les propri\u00e9taires responsables de la pr\u00e9vention des activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la consommation de drogue dans leurs locaux et pr\u00e9voit des sanctions financi\u00e8res importantes si un propri\u00e9taire permet sciemment que ces activit\u00e9s aient lieu. Bien que la formulation actuelle du projet de loi exclue les coop\u00e9ratives, nous veillerons \u00e0 ce que les r\u00e9glementations \u00e0 venir n\u2019\u00e9largissent pas la d\u00e9finition des propri\u00e9taires et des locataires pour y inclure les coop\u00e9ratives.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet de loi soul\u00e8ve un certain nombre de pr\u00e9occupations de la part de l\u2019Association des municipalit\u00e9s de l\u2019Ontario, de la communaut\u00e9 du logement social et d\u2019autres parties prenantes.
