Le rapport met en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour les logements coop\u00e9ratifs et sans but lucratif, alors que les probl\u00e8mes d\u2019abordabilit\u00e9 demeurent au centre des pr\u00e9occupations des Canadiens. Le sondage, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de 6 000 Canadiens, a \u00e9t\u00e9 command\u00e9 par la FHCC, en partenariat avec l\u2019Alliance canadienne pour mettre fin \u00e0 l\u2019itin\u00e9rance et l\u2019Association canadienne de l\u2019immobilier.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27690 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/chfcanada.coop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image-37-768x432-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Alors que pr\u00e8s de trois Canadiens sur quatre pensent que les logements coop\u00e9ratifs et sans but lucratif constituent une solution viable \u00e0 la crise du logement, la plupart d\u2019entre eux ne voient pas suffisamment de coop\u00e9ratives d\u2019habitation dans leurs collectivit\u00e9s. Soixante et un pour cent (61 %) des Canadiens pensent que l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019offre devrait \u00eatre une priorit\u00e9 absolue.<\/p>\n<p>Il est temps de construire. En collaboration avec des partenaires gouvernementaux, le secteur de l\u2019habitation coop\u00e9rative est pr\u00eat \u00e0 entreprendre des travaux de construction.
