Les fiducies fonci\u00e8res communautaires peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans de nombreux domaines, tels que l\u2019agriculture, les jardins communautaires et les installations communautaires, mais surtout, les CLT peuvent acqu\u00e9rir des logements afin de les maintenir \u00e0 un prix abordable en permanence et de conserver le pouvoir de d\u00e9cision entre les mains de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les coop\u00e9ratives d\u2019habitation peuvent \u00eatre, et sont, li\u00e9es au mouvement des fiducies fonci\u00e8res communautaires. C\u2019est sur ce th\u00e8me que s\u2019est pench\u00e9 le premier groupe de discussion du vendredi, \u00ab\u00a0Expanding Co-op Housing through CLTs\u00a0\u00bb (faire cro\u00eetre l\u2019habitation coop\u00e9rative par les fiducies fonci\u00e8res communautaires), anim\u00e9 par Ami\u00a0Patel, de la FHCC. Le panel comprenait la Fondation des fiducies financi\u00e8res communautaires de la Colombie-Britannique (qui appartient \u00e0 CHF\u00a0BC), la CHF de Toronto et le Champlain Housing Trust.<\/p>\n<p>La Fondation des fiducies fonci\u00e8res communautaires de la Colombie-Britannique se concentre sur la pr\u00e9servation et l\u2019expansion des logements coop\u00e9ratifs et sans but lucratif, aujourd\u2019hui et pour l\u2019avenir, en tant que membre de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement immobilier de la CHF\u00a0BC. Les trois pan\u00e9listes ont expliqu\u00e9 comment le mod\u00e8le des fiducies fonci\u00e8res peut encourager la croissance du secteur de l\u2019habitation coop\u00e9rative en d\u00e9tenant des terrains et en les louant pour le bien-\u00eatre de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-23262 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/chfcanada.coop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/CLT1-1024x530.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"435\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Les th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s lors du sommet des CLT allaient de l\u2019autod\u00e9termination des peuples autochtones (r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des terres), principe central de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des terres pour la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 collective, au financement des fiducies fonci\u00e8res communautaires et des programmes de financement des acquisitions, en passant par les b\u00e2timents durables et la justice raciale.
