Nous f\u00e9licitons \u00e9galement <strong>Emily\u00a0Rude<\/strong> pour sa promotion au poste de gestionnaire, Services de planification des actifs et des finances.<\/p>\n<h3>Amina Dibe &#8211; <strong>Gestionnaire principale, Relations gouvernementales<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-22499 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/chfcanada.coop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Amina-Dibe-267x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"267\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 du logement, Amina est ravie de poursuivre sa carri\u00e8re dans ce secteur en passant \u00e0 l\u2019aspect du logement abordable.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Je suis ravie de contribuer au mouvement croissant en faveur de l\u2019augmentation du nombre de coop\u00e9ratives d\u2019habitation comme solution abordable et accessible \u00e0 la crise du logement\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Amina.<\/p>\n<p>Elle contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 locale de Regent Park, \u00e0 Toronto, o\u00f9 elle soutient des projets d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. En tant que professionnelle des affaires publiques, elle est pr\u00e9sidente de la section ontarienne de l\u2019Association des affaires publiques du Canada et a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des efforts visant \u00e0 inciter un plus grand nombre de jeunes, de femmes et de personnes racialis\u00e9es \u00e0 faire carri\u00e8re dans les affaires publiques.<\/p>\n<p>Titulaire de la double nationalit\u00e9 canado-am\u00e9ricaine et d\u2019une ma\u00eetrise obtenue \u00e0 Washington\u00a0DC, Amina est passionn\u00e9e par la politique canadienne et am\u00e9ricaine et est fi\u00e8re de pouvoir voter dans les deux pays.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Emily Rude &#8211; <strong>Gestionnaire, Services de planification des actifs et des finances<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-22501\" src=\"https:\/\/chfcanada.coop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/emily-2-262x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"262\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Emily\u00a0Rude remplace Linda\u00a0Stephenson au poste de gestionnaire des Services de planification des actifs et des finances. Emily a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler dans le domaine des coop\u00e9ratives \u00e0 la CHF BC en\u00a02014. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa formation en conception et \u00e0 sa passion pour Excel, elle a \u00e9labor\u00e9 des plans d\u2019immobilisations et aid\u00e9 des coop\u00e9ratives \u00e0 obtenir des financements. Depuis, elle a agi comme experte-conseil aupr\u00e8s de divers organismes de logement, dont la FHCC, avant de devenir gestionnaire du Programme de gestion des actifs en\u00a02022.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Je suis fermement convaincue que la planification \u00e0 long terme et l\u2019acc\u00e8s au financement sont les cl\u00e9s de la viabilit\u00e9 continue des coop\u00e9ratives. Je me r\u00e9jouis de travailler avec cette \u00e9quipe formidable pour aider les coop\u00e9ratives \u00e0 prosp\u00e9rer.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pendant son temps libre, Emily aime explorer Vancouver avec son chien, Gadget.
