Les nouvelles limites pour les rassemblements restreignent les assembl\u00e9es des coop\u00e9ratives<\/h3>\n

La semaine derni\u00e8re, la province a annonc\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction des limites pour les rassemblements<\/a>, d\u2019abord \u00e0 Toronto, Peel et Ottawa, puis en fin de semaine elle a \u00e9tendu ces restrictions \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la province. Les nouvelles limites sont de 10\u00a0personnes pour les rassemblements \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et de 25 pour les rassemblements \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. La FHCC a obtenu la confirmation de la province que ces limites s\u2019appliquent aux assembl\u00e9es des coop\u00e9ratives. Cela signifie que la plupart des coop\u00e9ratives ne pourront pas tenir d\u2019assembl\u00e9es de membres en personne. La province annonce un gel des loyers pour 2021<\/h3>\n

Par ailleurs, le 17\u00a0septembre, le ministre Steve Clark a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le projet de loi\u00a0204, Loi de 2020 visant \u00e0 soutenir les locataires et les petites entreprises<\/a>. Si elle est adopt\u00e9e, cette loi g\u00e8lera les loyers pour la plupart des locataires pour 2021. La FHCC examine encore le projet de loi, mais il ne semble pas s\u2019appliquer aux coop\u00e9ratives d\u2019habitation. Les membres des coop\u00e9ratives d\u2019habitation devraient donc continuer \u00e0 prendre leurs propres d\u00e9cisions au sujet de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des droits d\u2019occupation du march\u00e9. La Loi pourrait avoir des r\u00e9percussions sur les coop\u00e9ratives de la LSL, notamment en ce qui touche les droits d\u2019occupation et la subvention LIR, ainsi que la subvention de fonctionnement.
