L\u2019entente repr\u00e9sente un investissement de <strong>200 millions de dollars<\/strong> pour \u00ab\u2009soutenir les priorit\u00e9s et les objectifs nationaux sp\u00e9cifiques en mati\u00e8re de logement, tout en maintenant les programmes de logement existants qui servent bien les N\u00e9o-\u00c9cossais qui en ont besoin.\u2009\u00bb  Cette entente pr\u00e9voit des investissements en vue de prot\u00e9ger, renouveler et agrandir le parc de logements sociaux et communautaires, et soutenir les priorit\u00e9s de la Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse en ce qui a trait \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration, \u00e0 la construction et \u00e0 l\u2019abordabilit\u00e9 des logements. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 cette entente de financement, la Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse investira pr\u00e8s de 200 millions de dollars au cours des 10 prochaines ann\u00e9es pour soutenir les priorit\u00e9s et les objectifs nationaux sp\u00e9cifiques en mati\u00e8re de logement, tout en maintenant les programmes de logement existants qui servent bien les N\u00e9o-\u00c9cossais qui en ont besoin. Afin de guider nos efforts au cours de la prochaine d\u00e9cennie, nous avons d\u00e9termin\u00e9 sept r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 long terme pour le logement : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>raccourcir la liste d\u2019attente pour les logements publics;<\/li>\n<li>faire avancer l\u2019objectif strat\u00e9gique du gouvernement de cr\u00e9er des Communaut\u00e9s s\u00e9curitaires et inclusives gr\u00e2ce au logement abordable;<\/li>\n<li>assurer la viabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme du logement;<\/li>\n<li>veiller \u00e0 ce que les clients les plus vuln\u00e9rables soient servis;<\/li>\n<li>accro\u00eetre l\u2019offre de logements abordables;<\/li>\n<li>obtenir un financement externe; et<\/li>\n<li>atteindre l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Ils pr\u00e9parent leur premier plan d\u2019action triennal, qui d\u00e9crira comment le financement conjoint accord\u00e9 dans le cadre de cette entente sera investi pour am\u00e9liorer la situation de logement de nos citoyens les plus vuln\u00e9rables.
