{"id":4387,"date":"2018-12-04T20:34:34","date_gmt":"2018-12-05T03:34:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chf-ca.papercrane.ca\/la-fhcc-en-2018\/"},"modified":"2026-03-24T16:12:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T22:12:45","slug":"la-fhcc-en-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chf-ca.papercrane.ca\/fr\/la-fhcc-en-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"La FHCC en 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Votre chez-soi<\/h3>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons atteint un jalon majeur dans l\u2019histoire\u00a0de l\u2019habitation coop\u00e9rative au Canada.<\/h2>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/chfcanada.coop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Year-in-Review-2018_Fre_2.pdf\"><em>Cliquez ici pour t\u00e9l\u00e9charger une version PDF de \u00abLa FHCC en 2018\u00bb \u00e0 partager avec votre coop\u00e9rative.<\/em><\/a>  Ensemble, nous avons c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 le 50e anniversaire de\u00a0la FHCC, et <strong>712<\/strong> d\u2019entre vous \u00e9tiez des n\u00f4tres lors\u00a0de notre assembl\u00e9e annuelle d\u2019anniversaire dans la\u00a0magnifique ville de Victoria, en Colombie-Britannique.\u00a0Votre pr\u00e9occupation pour la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9tait \u00e9vident\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019AGA lorsque vous avez vot\u00e9 en faveur de r\u00e9solutions\u00a0visant \u00e0 continuer de prot\u00e9ger et de d\u00e9velopper\u00a0des coop\u00e9ratives d\u2019habitation, \u00e0 promouvoir la\u00a0r\u00e9conciliation avec les peuples autochtones, et \u00e0\u00a0r\u00e9agir \u00e0 la crise des opio\u00efdes au Canada.  Cette ann\u00e9e, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 votre appui, nous avons obtenu\u00a0le maintien des subventions aux m\u00e9nages \u00e0 faible\u00a0revenu des coop\u00e9ratives administr\u00e9es par le f\u00e9d\u00e9ral\u00a0jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2020, et un plan est en place pour les\u00a0prolonger jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2028. Nous continuons de\u00a0demander le maintien des subventions des coop\u00e9ratives\u00a0dont les accords sont administr\u00e9s par les provinces et\u00a0de r\u00e9inscrire les coop\u00e9ratives en Colombie-Britannique,\u00a0en Alberta, en Ontario et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00cele-du-Prince-\u00c9douard dont\u00a0les accords d\u2019exploitation ont pris fin avant avril 2016.  En Ontario, notre travail durant les \u00e9lections provinciales et municipales a permis de faire conna\u00eetre les besoins en mati\u00e8re de logement abordable et d\u2019\u00e9tablir des relations avec le nouveau gouvernement et les nouveaux d\u00e9put\u00e9s provinciaux \u00e0 Queen\u2019s Park. Plus de <strong>100<\/strong> membres et employ\u00e9s de coop\u00e9ratives ont pris part aux consultations provinciales sur la modernisation des logements sociaux avec l\u2019aide de notre guide, alors que nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 faire des d\u00e9marches aupr\u00e8s des responsables afin d\u2019assurer que les <strong>264<\/strong> coop\u00e9ratives relevant le la LSL en Ontario seront prot\u00e9g\u00e9es lorsque leurs pr\u00eats hypoth\u00e9caires prendront fin.  Nous avons \u00e9galement continu\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9largir nos ressources, dont de nouvelles ressources pour aider les coop\u00e9ratives \u00e0 fournir des services de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs membres, \u00e0 se conformer aux lois provinciales sur l\u2019emploi, \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les territoires autochtones traditionnels, \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de leurs membres handicap\u00e9s, et \u00e0 accueillir des membres de la communaut\u00e9 LGBT2SQ.  En 2018, nous avons collabor\u00e9 avec nos membres pour les aider \u00e0 offrir des logements abordables de qualit\u00e9 pendant des d\u00e9cennies \u00e0 venir. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre travail de relations gouvernementales, <strong>20 000<\/strong> m\u00e9nages continueront de recevoir des subventions jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2020 dans le cadre de la Strat\u00e9gie nationale sur le logement.  Avec l&rsquo;aide de la FHCC,<strong> 18<\/strong> coop\u00e9ratives ont fourni des \u00e9valuations de l\u2019\u00e9tat de leur b\u00e2timent, <strong>15<\/strong> coop\u00e9ratives ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 des plans de gestion des actifs et\u00a08 coop\u00e9ratives ont eu recours aux services de gestion de projets en collaboration avec la Housing Services Corporation. Quatre coop\u00e9ratives ont emprunt\u00e9 plus de <strong>16 millions<\/strong> de dollars aupr\u00e8s des <a href=\"https:\/\/fhcc.coop\/services-aux-entreprises\/refinancement\/\">Services de planification financi\u00e8re<\/a> de la FHCC pour r\u00e9nover et moderniser leurs logements et les rendre plus s\u00e9curitaires, plus accessibles et plus accueillants.  <strong>Quatre<\/strong> jeunes ont obtenu des <a href=\"https:\/\/fhcc.coop\/a-propos\/prix-subventions-et-bourses-detudes\/bourse-de-la-diversite\/\">Bouses d\u2019\u00e9tudes de la diversit\u00e9<\/a>. Trois gestionnaires ont obtenu des Bourses d\u2019\u00e9tudes du programme de gestion de la FHCC, et\u00a0<strong>9<\/strong> coop\u00e9ratives ont re\u00e7u des <a href=\"https:\/\/fhcc.coop\/a-propos\/prix-subventions-et-bourses-detudes\/microsubvention-pour-des-coops-plus-vertes\/\">Microsubventions pour\u00a0des coops plus vertes<\/a>. Les <a href=\"https:\/\/fhcc.coop\/a-propos\/prix-subventions-et-bourses-detudes\/subventions-regionales-pour-la-diversite\/\">subventions de la diversit\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0de la FHCC financent des initiatives coop\u00e9ratives comme la s\u00e9rie d\u2019ateliers sur la r\u00e9conciliation, la justice sociale et la viabilit\u00e9 environnementale organis\u00e9s par la Kaslo Gardens Housing Co-op.  <strong>Soixante six<\/strong> dirigeants de coop\u00e9ratives de\u00a0partout au Canada ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 notre <a href=\"https:\/\/fhcc.coop\/le-sommet-sur-la-vision-encourage-les-leaders-des-cooperatives-a-voir-grand\/\">Sommet sur la vision<\/a> dans le but de partager leurs id\u00e9es et leurs aspirations au sujet de l\u2019avenir du mouvement de l\u2019habitation coop\u00e9rative du Canada.
