Il s\u2019agit du deuxi\u00e8me mandat de Tina au Conseil d\u2019administration de la FHCC. En 1996, elle avait \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re repr\u00e9sentante de la communaut\u00e9 autochtone au Conseil d\u2019administration.  Tina a consacr\u00e9 sa vie \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre les Autochtones, tant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du mouvement de l\u2019habitation coop\u00e9rative. Ses contributions comprennent ses d\u00e9marches en vue de cr\u00e9er le poste de repr\u00e9sentant autochtone au Conseil d\u2019administration de la FHCC pendant qu\u2019elle vivait dans la Native Inter-Tribal Housing Co-operative, et son travail en tant que deuxi\u00e8me repr\u00e9sentante nomm\u00e9e au Conseil de l\u2019Ontario.  Dans toutes ces fonctions, Tina a toujours cru que les coop\u00e9ratives d\u2019habitation offrent un milieu familial s\u00e9curitaire qui permet aux membres de rester en contact avec leur culture et leur communaut\u00e9, de pr\u00e9server le respect de soi et le respect de notre m\u00e8re la Terre, de trouver un emploi, de faire des \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures et de semer les germes des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures.  Tina est une femme d\u2019origine Algonquine-Ojibwe de Kitigan Zibi, Kettle et Stoney Point, qui a v\u00e9cu \u00e0 London, en Ontario, toute sa vie. Elle a trois fils forts et attribue son \u00e9nergie au fait d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e par une m\u00e8re forte, une grande A\u00een\u00e9e, dans sa propre communaut\u00e9.  Tina a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019alliances qui se poursuivent aujourd\u2019hui entre l\u2019Association du logement sans but lucratif de l\u2019Ontario (ONPHA) et la communaut\u00e9 autochtone.  En tant que membre du Conseil d\u2019administration de la FHCC, \u00abma priorit\u00e9 sera de poursuivre cette sensibilisation amorc\u00e9e par Linda Campbell (la repr\u00e9sentante autochtone sortante) et de continuer \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre nos sept enseignements ancestraux et la fa\u00e7on dont la FHCC peut int\u00e9grer la relation entre ces enseignements et les sept principes coop\u00e9ratifs. Tina indique qu\u2019elle poursuivra \u00e9galement le travail de Linda pour sensibiliser la communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 la v\u00e9ritable histoire des Autochtones.  \u00abJe continuerai de marcher dans les pas de Linda Campbell en poursuivant le parcours qu\u2019elle a commenc\u00e9.
