La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de l’habitation coop\u00e9rative du Canada est \u00e0 la recherche d’une personne pour combler le poste d’adjoint(e) administratif(ve), R\u00e9gion de l’Ontario, bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Toronto, en Ontario.\u00a0Relevant du directeur de bureau, R\u00e9gion de l’Ontario, l’adjoint(e) administratif(ve) est charg\u00e9(e) de\u00a0fournir des services de r\u00e9ception au bureau de la R\u00e9gion de l’Ontario, des services de secr\u00e9tariat et de\u00a0soutien \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s de la R\u00e9gion et certains employ\u00e9s d’autres bureaux de la FHCC. Le candidat ou la candidate choisi(e) devra avoir : un dipl\u00f4me d’\u00e9tudes postsecondaires en secr\u00e9tariat\u00a0ou une exp\u00e9rience \u00e9quivalente; une attitude agr\u00e9able pour r\u00e9pondre au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et \u00eatre capable\u00a0d’utiliser un syst\u00e8me t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique \u00e0 lignes multiples; une bonne connaissance des proc\u00e9dures et de\u00a0l’\u00e9quipement de bureau; une exp\u00e9rience pour consigner avec pr\u00e9cision les proc\u00e8s-verbaux;\u00a0d’excellentes aptitudes pour le traitement de textes avec MS Word et de tr\u00e8s bonnes aptitudes pour les\u00a0relations interpersonnelles; une excellente connaissance des autres programmes de la suite MS\u00a0Office; une attention sup\u00e9rieure au d\u00e9tail et des aptitudes pour la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes. Le\u00a0bilinguisme (fran\u00e7ais\/anglais) est un atout. Le candidat ou la candidate choisi(e) devra faire du temps suppl\u00e9mentaire occasionnellement.
