Il contient des objectifs sur dix, cinq et deux ans ainsi que des estimations d\u2019investissement fond\u00e9es sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Par exemple, un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">investissement de 16,7\u202fmilliards de dollars sur deux ans<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> permettrait de lancer une strat\u00e9gie de logement abordable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la province, dirig\u00e9e par les coop\u00e9ratives et les fournisseurs de logements \u00e0 but non lucratif, dont la mission est d\u2019assurer l\u2019abordabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme des logements pour les m\u00e9nages \u00e0 revenu faible et mod\u00e9r\u00e9 et \u00e0 revenu moyen.
