La FHCC compte quatre comit\u00e9s permanents\u00a0:<\/h5>\n

  1. Le Comit\u00e9 des finances et de la v\u00e9rification supervise les finances de la FHCC et conseille le conseil d\u2019administration en mati\u00e8re de budg\u00e9tisation, de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de revenus, de d\u00e9penses, d\u2019investissements et de pr\u00eats. Par l\u2019entremise de la tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re ou du tr\u00e9sorier, le comit\u00e9 rend compte aux membres.<\/li>\n
  2. Le Comit\u00e9 de gouvernance aide le conseil d\u2019administration \u00e0 \u00e9laborer, \u00e0 surveiller et \u00e0 \u00e9valuer le syst\u00e8me de gouvernance de la FHCC afin d\u2019optimiser le leadership et les services aux membres.<\/li>\n
  3. Le Comit\u00e9 des nominations supervise l\u2019appel de candidatures pour les \u00e9lections au conseil d\u2019administration et aux comit\u00e9s de la FHCC, en mettant l\u2019accent sur le recrutement de candidates et candidats comp\u00e9tents et diversifi\u00e9s.<\/li>\n
  4. Le Comit\u00e9 des r\u00e9solutions re\u00e7oit et examine les r\u00e9solutions soumises par le conseil d\u2019administration ou les membres aux fins de discussion et d\u2019examen lors de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle, et recommande des r\u00e9solutions au conseil d\u2019administration pour approbation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
