Les Services de gestion des actifs et de planification financi\u00e8re de la FHCC ont une compr\u00e9hension approfondie des coop\u00e9ratives d\u2019habitation. Le plan de gestion des actifs est un outil qui permet d\u2019\u00e9liminer les incertitudes au moment de d\u00e9cider ce qui doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9, quand, par qui et \u00e0 quel co\u00fbt.
